Early Intervention Services (On-Site and Home-Based)

Pre-School Services (On-Site and Home-Based)

If your preschooler is determined to be eligible for Physical Therapy Related Services through The Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE), The Therapy SPOT can provide these services through Suffolk County. Please call your school district or our office for more information with regard to eligibility for services through this program.

School Related Services (K-12)

We currently have contracts with a number of School Districts in Suffolk County to provide treatment and evaluations. At the request and authorization of your School District we can also provide impartial Physical Therapy School Based Evaluations.

Evaluations

Children are evaluated during their initial visit using standardized measures of function (when appropriate) and reevaluated periodically to monitor progress.
