Evaluations :
With a doctor’s prescription, patients are evaluated at their initial visit and re-evaluated periodically. Evaluations are comprehensive. They include, but are not limited to:
– Functional Assessment
– Vision Screening
– Visual Perceptual function
– Upper Extremity Range of Motion/Strength
– Activity of Daily Living Skill Assessment
– Home Accessibility/Modification Assessment
Neurological Rehabilitation
We look to maximize an individual’s ability to participate in daily living skill and occupation venues of those who have acquired and congenital neurological disease, dysfunction or trauma.

– Multiple Sclerosis
– Peripheral Neuropathy
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
Occupational Therapy services include remediation and compensation for acute or chronic musculoskeletal dysfunction. Equipment assessment can be provided as necessary.

Visual-Perceptual Rehabilitation
Occupational Therapy services include identification and treatment of visual deficits including visual scanning, use of vision and interpretation of visual information following various congenital or acquired neurological difficulties.
